Panthera Productions is interested in receiving program ideas and suggestions from outside sources, but we ask that you please review our submission guidelines below before contacting us. These policies are put in place to help prevent misunderstandings and to protect everyone concerned.

Panthera Productions will only accept material submitted in written form. Your submission will only be considered at your request and with your guarantee that, to the best of your knowledge, you are sole originator of the idea and you have the legal right to submit it to Panthera for consideration.

You accept that Panthera may discuss your idea with employees, and possibly others, to evaluate its usefulness to Panthera. You understand that any consideration of your written or verbal submission does not create a confidential relationship between you and Panthera.

Panthera may already be exploring programs and ideas generated by employees or other outside sources that resemble your submission. In some cases, your ideas may have been considered by Panthera in the past, or similar or identical ideas may be generated independently. Therefore, you agree to renounce any claim that Panthera misappropriated any ideas or portions of your submission in any future Panthera programs or activities.

Panthera is not obligated to return submitted materials to you. You should keep a copy of any materials submitted. Do not send any materials you consider irreplaceable.

Panthera's consideration of ideas you submit, or negotiations to purchase or invest in them, does not waive Panthera's right to contest your copyrights, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Review of ideas you may submit does not imply that Panthera agrees to compensate you. However, should Panthera choose to use any portion of your idea that is legally protectable, Panthera will negotiate appropriate compensation with you.

The above conditions may not be changed or waived except in writing and signed by an officer of Panthera.
