Graeme was the exciting character
in front of and behind the camera in Panthera Productions'
"Shark Attack" and "Crocodile Attack." Having shot a wide
range of subjects in the past, Graeme has specialized
as an underwater cameraman with a difference. His work
on Panthera's "Shark Attack" made him the first cameraman
to shoot water close ups of large Great White sharks almost
exclusively without the use of cages or SCUBA, surviving
only with his remarkable breath hold. Without the use
of noisy SCUBA gear, Graeme can approach large ocean predators,
dolphins, turtles, etc. and film them at close quarters.
This unique ability has resulted in underwater films with
a unique mood and angle.
In addition to swimming with sharks, Graeme's work with
Panthera Productions has taken him into crocodile and
hippo-infested waters and face to face with an angry 2,000lb
rhinoceros. He has completed four films as Director of
Photography for National Geographic and the Discovery
Channel collectively. |
